This particular story begins when Lily’s grandparents came to visit. A sudden strange noise, coming from the cottage, has greatly upset Dove, Squirrel, Rabbit and Mrs Cat. After a meeting, Teddy Bear, S.O.S., Duck and Hairy the wild dog, took it upon themselves to solve the mystery. And so, the adventure begins.
They decide to sit up all night to investigate any strange noise that they might hear coming from inside the cottage. In the end the noise is quite harmless however the capturing tale of how they go about solving the matter is quite amusing.
This time, there was a mysterious drumming-sound coming from the valley below.
Robin and Mr Bee decided to find out what the noise could be?
Mr Rabbit, Lavender-bush, Ms Rose and Mr Tortoise were eagerly waiting in the garden back home, of news – what could the drumming-sound, shaking the earth beneath them be?

A White Christmas

Lily-Rose, or Lily as her parents call her, decided to visit her cousin in the Alps during Christmas time. Very much she wanted to experience a white Christmas. A barn owl lived in an empty barn on the farm, opposite Dasy Bank Cottage. He continued with his duties diligently, to keep watch at night for rats and mice. During the day Owl would sit in the big oak tree watching the activity at the pond. Soon he made friends with Duck. Owl was very observant with his big eyes and one day he spotted another duck that looked just like Duck. Much joy and excitement followed within the pond vicinity. A summer wedding was soon on the horizon and all the animals in the area joined in to help create a festive experience.
